PRWMC Building Characteristics

  • 40,000  feet  facility constructed four feet over land on one and a half acre in Carolina, P.R. at a non flooded zone.
  • Structural concrete walls supported by steel beams welded and using double prelims on the edges to avoid ceiling lifting during hurricane winds hit.

 

  • Structure can hold up to 150 winds per hour or category 5 hurricane.

 

  • Structure is built with pliable iron to provide strength  and flexibility during an earthquake.

 

  • Power generator with capacity to sustain the 40,000 feet building providing transparent power operations.

 

  • Building is encircled by fence six feet high surrounded with security serpentine.

 

  • Building’s rolling doors made of metal gauge 22; heavier than industry standard to provide extra security.
